Grandparent's Day

Grandparent's Day is celebrated on the 3rd Friday in April.  The program is held at VCS in the commons area.  It is a time to show the grandparent(s) in our lives how special they are. The students will have a small program with skits, music, and instruments to show their appreciation to their grandparent(s).  The program is not only reserved for the grandparents, all are welcome to attend. Come out for a wonderful time of singing, activities, and fellowship with other families.

Christmas Program

Every year Volga Christian School has a Christmas Program on the first Friday of December.  The Christmas Program is held between the two Reformed Churches in Volga; First Reformed Church on 1st Street or the Christian Reformed Church on Kasan Avenue.  All the students from Preschool to 8th grade participate in the program.  The students make the evening a wonderful time of celebrating Christ's birth and the miracle that happened  so many years ago. All parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and the public are welcome to come and see the wonderful production that is put on by the students.

Graduation

Graduation is for the 8th graders who have completed their walk with VCS.  We are always proud of our students who have completed this first step in their learning and growing in Christ and we want to celebrate their accomplishments.  Graduation will be held at one of the two Reformed Churches in Volga; First Reformed on 1st Street or the Christian Reformed Church on Kasan Avenue.  All the students participate with songs for a small program for the graduates.  This a special time for our graduates and VCS is proud to show their accomplishments. Graduation is open to the public.
